Canada Post strike update: Canadian orders now ship via UPS. International shipping may be impacted. [More info]

Shipping Notice: CUPW Strike Impact – September 25, 2025

As of September 25, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is officially on strike. This means that Canada Post services are disrupted, and we have adjusted our shipping methods to keep your orders moving.

What This Means for Canadian Orders

We are now shipping all Canadian orders via UPS:

  • UPS Standard rates are generally comparable to Canada Post’s.
  • In most cases, this means no additional shipping charges.
  • If there is a noticeable difference in cost, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
  • Please note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

What This Means for International Orders

If you are concerned about potential delays and prefer to use an alternate carrier:

We will continue to offer international shipping:

  • Rates may be higher than what’s shown at checkout.
  • If there’s a difference in cost, we’ll contact you for approval before shipping.
  • You can choose to pay the difference or have us hold your order until Canada Post service resumes.
