Shipping Update: Canada Post Resumes Operations – Delays Expected
Canada Post resumed operations on December 17 after the strike began on November 15. They are working to clear the backlog, but delivery delays are expected through 2024 and into January 2025. International mail processing will start on December 23, with delays continuing into 2025.
What This Means for You:
For Canadian Customers:
- While Canada Post works to resume full operations, we will continue shipping all orders via UPS.
- UPS Standard shipping rates are comparable to Canada Post’s, so no additional charges will apply.
- Please note: UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
For International Customers:
- UPS remains available for shipping, but their rates are higher than Canada Post’s.
- After placing your order, we will contact you with the adjusted shipping cost for your approval.
- If you prefer not to pay the difference, we can hold your order until Canada Post fully stabilizes.
