Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Return

  • Contact us at info@thehexcafe.com to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, please purchase a return shipping label and email us the tracking number so we can process the return.
  • Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged in person at either Hexagon location.

Holiday Returns
Items purchased between Nov 15 and Dec 24, 2025, can be returned or exchanged until Jan 15, 2026. All items must be unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues
Check your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items
Retail coffee beans, custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
