All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

LOCAL PICKUP

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Edmonton or Calgary locations.

How It Works

1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.
2. Your order will be prepared within 3 to 4 business days.
3. We’ll email you when your order is ready with pickup instructions.

Pickup Hours

Edmonton (Whyte Ave):

• Monday to Thursday: 12pm - 11pm
• Friday: 12pm - 1am
• Saturday: 11am - 1am
• Sunday: 11am - 11pm

Calgary (Kensington):

• Sunday to Thursday: 10am - 11pm

• Friday to Saturday: 10am - 1am

What to Bring
