Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or can be transferred to a future Puzzle Playoff. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers. |
