Each deck is helmed by a Commander; a Legendary Creature or Legendary Vehicle card which players always have access to and which determines the color identity of their 100 card deck. All 99 other cards in the deck must only use colors that are included on the Commander's card, including basic lands. As well, all cards other than basic lands must be unique, no duplicates!
